You guys, look at this! I worked on this! Lightspeed: Women Destroy Science Fiction! is listed in NPR's Best Books of 2014! I was a slush reader for this book. Granted, it's a small part to play in the overall scheme of anthology publishing, but it's still pretty awesome.

Also major props for the theme of the publication. Women and science fiction doesn't seem to be a thing.

Thanks! This is going on my resume, even though my part was fairly small.
Yeah, the theme was definitely meant to make a point. Literature in general, but especially genre fiction, is (still) largely considered to be mostly created by men. There are a few notable exceptions, but the trend is there. We also did Women Destroy Fantasy! and Women Destroy Horror!
