Here's my contribution. It's not all that funny, but it's one of the happiest things I think I've ever seen: www.youtube.com/watch?v=sWEfszb9h8QIf the link doesn't work, it's All I Want for Christmas, but played with only classroom instruments- xylophones, tiny drumming bricks, and I'm pretty sure there's a kazoo in there somewhere. Some little kids even pop up randomly. Whoa, I'd almost forgotten about Don't Shoot Me Santa. I love how he keeps his face completely neutral the whole time. Sapphire, the choir one is hilarious. Those are some pretty weird gifts...

Ah, that's kind of adorable. My high school choir sang 12 Days After Christmas. It was a blast. You guys remember this one?

I've actually been looking for that song! We listened to it in choir years ago, but I couldn't remember the title. Or the group. Or anything from the song, really.
I guess I wasn't really looking all that hard.

I'm pretty sure I just searched "a cappella Christmas medley." Heh.

For my favs, I'm torn between the amazing TSO "Carol of the Bells", and Straight no Chaser's "Who Spiked the Eggnog".
I like "O Holy Night" a lot as well...
Bah. I hate picking favorites. Period.

My mom likes this album by the King James choir, and she'd play it in the kitchen while she was working on the turkey... and Dad likes the music from the Charlie Brown special, which he'd play in the living room. My sister has been learning to play the ukulele so sometimes you'd hear a plucky-sounding Jingle Bell Rock coming from her room. So walking around the house was kind of weird. I personally have never really liked Christmas music all that much, but I do really like Winter Wonderland...you know "sleigh bells jingling ring ting tingling too"

Another favorite of mine (very different from the others): Breath of Heaven. It brings a very human side to the nativity story. And it's just haunting.

My mom has an Amy Grant Christmas album, so she gets it out every year. That song is my absolute favorite of the bunch.
